The "Project Dawn" program offers around 115 young people the opportunity to acquire skills for the tourism and hospitality sector. Launched by the youth transformation unit, in partnership with the Barbados Community College, this initiative targets unemployed youth and those outside the education system. The first orientation session was held at the Jean and Norman Holder Hospitality Institute.
