The 5K Run and Walk event, organized by the Barbados Masters and Seniors Athletics Club, recently took place on the Mighty Grynner Highway. This race was supported by the Barbados National Senior Games, bringing together participants of various levels. Runners and walkers had the opportunity to compete in a friendly and dynamic atmosphere.
