Dr David Estwick was elected president of the Democratic Labour Party at the annual conference. A former MP, he received 217 votes, surpassing Stephen Lashley, who received 136. Estwick aims to leverage the skills of party members, including those of Lashley, to foster unity and move forward together. Other key positions have also been filled, further strengthening the leadership of the DLP.
