Guadeloupe has inaugurated its first court dedicated to firearms-related cases, marking an important step in the fight against crime. This court aims to handle firearms offenses more effectively, with judges specifically trained for these cases. At the same time, a project for a second court is in preparation, aimed at further strengthening this judicial system.
