On the occasion of the fiftieth anniversary of the Cubana Flight 455 bombing, Barbados' ambassador to CARICOM, David Comissiong, warns against the perception of terrorism as a distant problem. During a commemoration in Havana, he emphasized that violence against civilians for political reasons is a real threat. He calls on countries in the region to mobilize to protect their citizens and confront this threat.
