A new project, the Bajan Harvest Hub, has been launched to improve the relationship between agriculture and tourism in Barbados. This data-driven system aims to reduce the hotel sector's dependence on imports by fostering collaboration between farmers and buyers in the hospitality sector. This initiative addresses the growing demand from tourists for authentic local experiences while overcoming past challenges related to product quality.
