The Caribbean Development Bank calls for increased use of evaluation to guide policies and investments in the region. At the closing of the Caribbean Evaluation Space 2026 event, its vice-president emphasized that in the face of economic challenges, intentions alone are not enough. Evaluation must be integrated into the entire development cycle, from identifying problems to assessing the solutions implemented.
