Libraries in Barbados continue to attract a loyal audience, reflecting a true love for reading. Jennifer Yarde, Director of the National Library Service, highlighted this trend during the launch of the National Junior Spelling Bee. While interest is present, she emphasized the need to further encourage reading, especially among young people. A partnership with ICBL aims to strengthen this initiative.
