A new request for the establishment of a fire station in Nesfield, St Lucy, has been made to improve emergency response times in the north of Barbados. This initiative is supported by St Lucy MP, Peter Phillips, following the death of a 73-year-old woman in a recent house fire. Mr. Phillips emphasizes that this infrastructure would allow firefighters to respond more quickly.
