A Vietnamese court has sentenced Ba Hoan, a former deputy minister, along with 27 other defendants for irregularities in the recruitment of workers for South Korea. The sentences include prison terms of up to 14 years for some, as well as the confiscation of more than one million dollars related to bribes. These acts have harmed public finances and the reputation of state agencies.
