A group of Cuban boxers, led by coach Eulises Pouyot, is flying to China for training. Among them are three recent medalists from Santo Domingo, including two runners-up from the Central American and Caribbean Games. Category changes are being considered for some boxers, while others will continue their training at the national school. The first step towards the Pan American Games will take place in October in Mexico.
