From August 21 to 30, the Minas Lusitania festival attracted around 70,000 visitors, chefs, and local producers. This event highlighted the integration of Portuguese culinary traditions into the gastronomy of Minas Gerais. Chef demonstrations and culinary challenges allowed for the exploration of traditional and innovative recipes. The festival also introduced wine through a new guide to wine routes in South America.
