A seminar will be held at the Salón de Honor of Usach, organized by the Association of Lawyers for Democracy and the Chilean Commission on Human Rights. The speakers, including renowned lawyers and academics, will address the urgent need to reform the UN in light of its inability to maintain global peace. Diplomats from several countries will also be present to enrich the discussions.
