The province of Holguín is actively preparing for the start of the 2026-2027 school year, scheduled for September 1. More than 131,000 students will join over 1,280 institutions. Despite a challenging context, measures have been put in place to ensure maximum attendance. Educational zones and transportation solutions are also being considered to support students, while efforts to renovate school infrastructures continue.
