A fire broke out on a plot of land on Antonio Guzmán Avenue in La Herradura, but was quickly brought under control by firefighters from Hato del Yaque and Santiago, with the help of other services. The flames affected materials and polystyrene tubes, but did not reach the LPG station or nearby businesses. The cause of the fire is still to be determined.
