The three countries have strengthened their maritime cooperation during the XVII Cooperation Forum in Singapore. They reaffirmed the right of ships to navigate freely according to the United Nations Convention. The preservation of freedom of navigation and the involvement of relevant stakeholders were emphasized. This two-day forum also addresses the use of new technologies and alternative fuels to enhance maritime safety.
