The project for the new El Triunfo prison in Guatemala is progressing, with planning and earthworks underway. Approximately 150 people and 65 machines are involved in this site, relaunched after a judicial suspension. Delivery is expected in November of next year. The Minister of the Interior emphasized the urgency of this construction in light of prison overcrowding and the need to restore order in correctional facilities.
