Partial in-person return for students of the University of Pinar del Río

First-year students of the University of Pinar del Río will attend in-person classes throughout the academic year. The programs in Geology and Forestry will also benefit from this modality. The rectorate announced that the 2026-2027 curriculum will be organized in a decentralized manner, with semi-in-person and distance courses tailored to local realities and economic conditions.
