Deputy Prime Minister Pham Thi Thanh Tra announced a reform of salary and social security policies. This project will be presented at the 5th Conference of the Communist Party next March. The Ministry of the Interior has until October to finalize the first draft. Vietnam aims for an inclusive social security system by 2030, with a focus on vulnerable groups, and aspires to reach standards close to developed countries by 2045.
