The flooding that occurred in the Grand Canyon resulted in the death of a man, whose body was found near Crystal Rapids. Rescue teams, consisting of the National Park Service and the Arizona Department of Public Safety, are continuing their search for missing hikers. The floods also damaged the park's infrastructure, particularly in the areas of Bright Angel Canyon and Phantom Ranch.
