Probation and correctional officers in Dominica have recently completed specialized training aimed at improving prison management and enhancing rehabilitation services. This program, which is part of a regional initiative involving ten Caribbean countries, promotes cooperation between correctional and probation services. Participants were able to discuss the challenges faced and explore approaches suited to their respective contexts.
