The National Police of the Dominican Republic has revealed that there are nearly 54,000 people with outstanding arrest warrants. Among them, José Luis Mateo Medina stands out with 41 warrants. The police spokesperson also mentioned other individuals with multiple warrants. This announcement comes as authorities urge criminals to surrender, warning of consequences if they refuse.
