Ernesto Herrera, 89 years old, received his property title after more than 20 years in his home in El Almirante. This event is part of a titling project aimed at issuing more than 6,500 certificates in the region. The beneficiaries, including Ernesto, received their titles at no cost, thus allowing for the regularization of their land situation. The government plans to extend this process to other areas of the country.
