Axel Naviosky Ferreras, known as "Cutico", turned himself in to the police in Santo Domingo after being wanted for his involvement in an armed confrontation in Barahona. This incident injured a police officer and a civilian. His defense reported difficulties in presenting him to the authorities, citing requirements for weapon surrender and the absence of an arrest warrant. Journalist Nuria Piera facilitated his handover to the police.
