The Escuela Nacional de la Judicatura and the World Compliance Association, Chapter Dominican Republic, have signed an agreement to develop training programs in Criminal Compliance. This partnership includes the creation of an expert program, aimed at judges, lawyers, and law students. The initiative aims to strengthen the technical skills of the actors in the judicial system in the face of the challenges posed by the new Penal Code, with regular monitoring of progress.
