The Fourth Instruction Court has decided to send six defendants linked to a collective sexual assault on a 21-year-old woman, which occurred in March 2025, to trial. Five of the suspects will remain in preventive detention, while the sixth will benefit from non-custodial measures. The charges include violence against the woman and the dissemination of images. The trial will now enter its evidence examination phase.
