Yohan Manuel Jiménez Medina, accused of a fraud that led to the death of Emmanuel Contreras, stated that he could not remember his address during the hearing. His lawyer requested a postponement to present evidence of his ties, in order to avoid his incarceration. The judge accepted this request, rescheduling the hearing for October 19. Jiménez is suspected of having deceived Contreras during the sale of a phone, which led to a fatal assault.
