The mayor of the National District inaugurated the Pedro Livio Cedeño Boulevard, a project dedicated to a deceased community leader. This second phase of the works improved 438 meters of the park, with refurbished sidewalks, newly planted trees, and access for people with disabilities. The facilities include a drainage system, new lighting, and green areas, thus transforming the public space and benefiting local residents.
