A court has ordered two months of preventive detention for Carlos José Troche, known as "Nino Dólar", following a road accident that resulted in the death of a father and his daughter. The victims were riding a motorcycle when their vehicle was struck by Nino Dólar's, who allegedly ran a red light. He continued on his way after the impact, dragging the victims. This is not the first time he has been in conflict with the law.
