In interventions carried out by the National Police, six men lost their lives in separate incidents in Azua and Dajabón. Among them, three were part of a group that attempted to commit a robbery at a money transfer company. The officers also seized several weapons and equipment during these operations. These events bring the total number of people shot by the police to 165 since the beginning of the year.
