Dominican justice will examine on Thursday the request for the detention of Yohan Manuel Jiménez Medina, accused of being involved in a scam related to the sale of a mobile phone, which resulted in the death of Enmanuel Contrera. The public prosecutor is seeking preventive detention, arguing that there is a risk of flight. Jiménez Medina, who denied any involvement, was arrested after voluntarily turning himself in to the authorities.
