The city of Santiago de los Caballeros is preparing for the 41st Congress of the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean, which will begin this Wednesday. This event will bring together representatives from 36 countries and will be inaugurated by President Luis Abinader. The Dominican Republic will take the presidency of ECLAC for the next two years, addressing the economic and social challenges of the region during working sessions until October 9.
