A fire occurred from Sunday night to Monday in a squatted house on Boisvin road in Abymes. A 27-year-old man, conscious upon the arrival of emergency services, was found with severe burns on his left side and face. He was transported to the CHU de Guadeloupe. The firefighters, alerted around 3 a.m., confirmed the extinguishing of the fire and the absence of residual risk. The causes of the fire remain to be determined.
