Starting November 1, Air France will feature Michelin-starred Martinican chef Louis-Philippe Vigilant in its Business class on flights connecting Paris to the Caribbean and French Guiana. He will offer twelve recipes inspired by his childhood, using local products. This collaboration aims to enhance the culinary experience of passengers while showcasing the culinary heritage of the Caribbean.
