The Departmental Council of Guadeloupe presents a mid-term assessment focused on the modernization of its administration. This project aims to improve the efficiency of services while placing citizens at the center of priorities. Initiatives such as the dematerialization of procedures and the creation of a transformation commission are highlighted. Emphasis is also placed on training agents and improving the accessibility of services.
