Starting September 1st, the price of diesel in Guadeloupe will see a significant increase of 16 cents, reaching 2.09 euros per liter. Meanwhile, unleaded gasoline will decrease slightly to 1.92 euros. Supply difficulties in Europe, exacerbated by geopolitical tensions, are behind this increase. Government assistance to mitigate the impact of these increases remains in place.
