The Regional Chamber of Accounts has closed the dispute between OTV, a subsidiary of Veolia, and the Community of Agglomeration of North Grande-Terre, concerning a contested claim of over 200,000 euros. Due to opacity in payments and a lack of accounting traceability, the CRC was unable to order payment. OTV can still take the case to the administrative court.
