The criminal court of Guadeloupe is currently handling two serious incest cases involving minors. The first trial begins this Monday, concerning a 75-year-old man accused of rape and assaults on three family members, with events dating back nearly 30 years. A second trial will take place on Thursday and Friday, involving a 36-year-old man accused of similar crimes against a teenager. Both defendants face up to 20 years in prison.
