Since November 1st, fares for crossings between Martinique, Dominica, and Saint Lucia have risen. This increase of 5 euros for a one-way ticket and 10 euros for a round trip is due to the surge in energy prices. The manager of Express des Iles explains that this decision was unavoidable in the face of the ongoing rise in fuel costs, with no prospect of a short-term decrease.
