L’Habitation Silène, acquired by the municipality of Pointe-Noire in 2013, will be fully restored thanks to the Mission Patrimoine. The building, at risk of collapse, presents numerous structural issues. The work, scheduled from 2027 to 2029, will aim to rehabilitate the structure and accommodate public services. This project will enhance local architectural heritage and involve artisans from the region.
