The administrative court of Guadeloupe ruled in favor of the regularity of the municipal elections in Saint-François, held in March 2022. Sophie Peroumal, a candidate who received 31.01% of the votes, had challenged the conduct of the ballot. However, the court concluded that no irregularities had been found and rejected her complaints regarding the electoral campaign and the voting operations.
