The École du Meunier, recently inaugurated in Guadeloupe, provides bakers with a modern training space. This laboratory, compliant with current standards, aims to enhance the skills of professionals in artisanal production, hygiene, and management. The first training session took place at the end of September, led by industry experts. Eight artisans have already benefited from this initiative.
