An agreement has been signed between several institutions to rehabilitate individual sanitation facilities in Guadeloupe. This project aims to address defective installations, targeting pilot sites near swimming areas. More than half of the residents use individual sanitation, and urgent measures are needed to prevent pollution and health risks. Co-funding of over 3 million euros is planned to support the affected households.
