Chaleena Kalinago, originally from Dominica, is launching an educational program in Guadeloupe to pass on Kalinago culture. Starting in September, classes will cover the history, language, and mythologies of this people. This initiative aims to give a voice back to the Kalinagos and raise public awareness of their heritage. A presentation of the program is scheduled for August 28 in Pointe-à-Pitre.
