The Directorate of Food, Agriculture and Forestry seized six horses in Saint-François after a report of abuse. The animals, in a state of advanced malnutrition, were kept in plots without any grass cover. They have been taken care of by OABA to receive the necessary treatment. A criminal investigation is underway, reminding that mistreatment of animals is subject to severe penalties.
