Bonita Alicia Bart, from Vieux Fort, is heading to the United Kingdom as the only Chevening scholar from Saint Lucia for the 2026/27 academic year. She will study the history of architecture at The Bartlett School of Architecture. Passionate about Caribbean architecture, she aims to preserve her country's architectural heritage while addressing contemporary issues such as climate change and urbanization.
