On Sunday morning, a serious road accident occurred on the RN2 in Baie-Mahault, involving a car and a motorcycle. Firefighters responded quickly. The motorcycle rider sustained serious injuries and was transported to the CHU by the SMUR. The car driver was slightly injured and chose not to be hospitalized, being taken care of by the gendarmes.
