This initiative, praised by the Minister for Overseas Territories, Naïma Moutchou, aims to establish an "Overseas reflex" in Brussels. It emphasizes the importance of considering the specificities of overseas territories in the drafting of European texts, thus breaking away from an approach often deemed inadequate.
