A UK-based influencer has died following complications from a penile enlargement operation, an investigation has revealed. Igho Ubiribo, 43, suffered a pulmonary embolism after receiving injections during a trip to Thailand. After the procedure, he experienced chest pain and lost consciousness twice before being hospitalized, where he died.
