A 38-year-old man was apprehended by the police in Kingston after being filmed stealing a gold chain from a tourist. The incident occurred while a Canadian couple was walking. The victim's husband was wearing Meta glasses, which recorded the theft. The footage helped identify the suspect, who is set to appear in court next week.
